Logged out and back in, deleted and re-downloaded the app, restarted the phone, changed my password, I've done 3 ID verifications and called support, they don't know why I can't change zones. Support said he escalated it and I should hear back within 24 hours. But I can log on and get offers for the zone I'm currently logged on, I'm just not in that area to take any rn.
